At Deadline Distribution, we dont want to be a faceless call center! We are real people based in Exeter in Devon, and we will take the time to deal with you personally and ensure your parcel is taken care of. If you do have a problem, you know who to call and that we will do our best to solve it for you.

Kerrie Wheaton - Customer Service and Accounts - Kerrie is  the contact our customers deal with on a day to day basis, customers are always happy to speak to her on any level, if it's answers you require, Kerrie's your girl!

Shane Armstrong - Operations - Shane is the man that ensures that our customer deliveries arrive in the specified time span.  Shane's local knowledge is second to none.  Known as the "Human Satnav" if he does not now where it is, it probably doesn't exist!

Shaun McGahon - Managing Director - Set up the company in 2000 and has steered it to it's current position, from a man and van company to a fleet of 10 vehicles, and still growing.  The company ethos is quite simply "to be better than the opposition" and our success is proving that to be correct, we like to think our customers are an extension of the company family. "Whilst working with the majors, I saw that the personal approach was missing", here at Deadline, we have put that right and we are prepared to go the extra mile.
